Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on:

  • Order weight and size

We offer free standard shipping NZ Wide and free shipping to AU and Canada on all orders over $250.

🛑 Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

 

 

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • We’ll do our best to assist you and may offer a replacement or store credit (case-by-case basis).
